SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is $5 for your first item, as well as shoes, two-piece sets, bottoms, and $1 for each additional item.
Maximum shipping is only $15 per order!
Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more
Shipping is only charged once if you have a minimum of $20 order then shipping is free the next 2 hours, so if you check out and then an item is added it ships free!
Orders are processed and shipped most often the next day once payment is processed, but occasionally it may take 2-3 business days.
FREE local pickup is available in Colorado City, CO
When your order is shipped, you receive email and messenger shipping notifications with tracking info.
We only ship via USPS currently
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Generally, all sales are considered final; however, we will work with each customer on a case-by-case basis. We couldn't do this without you, and we want you, our Customers, HAPPY!
Returns are eligible for Store Credit ONLY
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
Makeup, Bath & Body, Bralettes are NOT returnable, they are final sale
SHOES must be returned with ZERO wear!
Clearance items or items used with a coupon code are non-returnable
Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
We are NOT responsible for mishandling by shipping providers. If USPS or another carrier loses the package, it is not our responsibility. We have done our part when we fulfill the order and give it to the carrier. But if you are missing a package, let us know so we can help you with a tracking number before you file a claim.
All returns must be approved, or they will be returned to the sender.
